The bartenders and servers were so friendly and hospitable! The ceviche and breakfast were so yummy! Really happy to have stayed and dined here.

We are owners at Playa Grande and it never disappoints! Ofelia at the Ridge rooftop pool was amazing. We look forward to coming back every time.

The entire staff were excellent! Ofelia is so much fun and Jose is awesome. We had a great time on the ridge and everyone was so super eager to make us happy!! The bellboys,Maid service and front desk help are amazing!! The timeshare ladies were friendly and so nice to us. No pressure ever!! We will be back soon! Miss this place already!!

The staff here is amazing! We love coming here! Ofelia is our absolute favorite, she takes such great care of us! Uriel, Daniel, Jose, Cirilo, David and Raciel are a few more of the great staff that treated us so well. We can’t wait to come back!

Playa Grande on the ridge is so relaxing, beautiful views and always a great time. I want to recognize Ophelia the server and Raciel the bartender who worked on the ridge during my stay. Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Thank you guys for making my stay even better! Hasta el año que viene!

The staff are excellent! We have been owners on the ridge for 20 years and have loved every year. Ophelia is incredible! She is the hardest worker and such a pleasant person. Seeing her every year is a highlight of the trip! Jose is also awesome and goes above and beyond!
